How long does shipping take?

For almost all of our products, it is typically 2-5 business days for Standard and 4-8 business days for Economy.

As most of our products are print-on-demand, it is important to remember to allow a few days for processing and production.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order, we will send at least two e-mails. One e-mail will show the order details and confirm that the order was placed, subsequent e-mails will tell you when your order is being shipped. You may receive more than one shipping email if the items you ordered are produced through a different group!

Can I have a refund or exchange my product?

We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and work with the producer to determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. Our products are print-on-demand and we will not have extras. 

Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change.

I haven't received my order yet, and I noticed that I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

If you need to change details on your order such as size or color, please contact us at support@flintandfablestudios.com as soon as you notice the mistake!

Usually, we can make a change if you notice the issue within a day, or if the order was placed over the weekend. However, once the order has been printed, we are unable to make any size or color changes or give any refunds.

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Diner's Club, as well as payments made by PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay

Who is Nyx?

Nyx is the official mascot of Flint & Fable Studios! The cute little cat with the witch's hat you see all over our website. Named after the Greek goddess. In mythology, Nyx is the goddess and personification of the night. She is the offspring of Chaos, and the mother of Aether and Hemera (Day). In the works of poets and playwrights, she lives at the ends of the Earth, and is often described as a black-robed goddess who drives through the sky in a chariot pulled by horses. We thought it was a very fitting name.

Why is shipping so expensive?

We understand that shipping costs can feel higher than expected, and we’d like to shed some light on why this happens with print-on-demand products. Unlike traditional mass production, where items are made in bulk and shipped together, print-on-demand offers a unique advantage: each product is made just for you, only after you place your order.

This means your item is crafted individually and shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. While this accessibility to small companies like us and reduces waste, it also means that single-item shipments don’t benefit from the cost efficiencies of bulk shipping. Additionally, the shipping price includes factors like packaging, handling, and carrier charges.

If this shipping on your order seems abnormally high, check to see what items you have in your cart. Typically different categories of item, for example you a shirt and a mug in your cart, they are likely coming from different producers.

Do you offer international shipping?
